Smoothie

Alex and I drink this (almost) every morning. It is a great way to start the day... fat, protein, antioxidents, pure energy

1/2 can full fat coconut milk
1/4 cup water
1 cup frozen blueberries and or strawberries
1 cup+ fresh spinach
1 banana frozen
*1 scoop protein powder, if we have it
*1 scoop greens, if we have it

Blend...Drink...
