Apple Cashew Salad


This is a super simple lunch!


1 apple, chopped
2 stalks celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup raw cashews, chopped
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
2 TBSP Vegenaise (made with Grapeseed Oil) or Mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4-1/2 tsp dill
sea salt to taste

Mix all ingredients and serve.

Not on the Advanced Plan... serve on sprouted bread or a wrap or eat on crackers!
