These no cook bars are full of protein and make a great breakfast or snack. They are vital in helping me get enough protein!
1/2 cup Coconut Flakes
1/2 cup Flax Seed Meal
1/2 cup Almond Butter
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup Coconut Oil, softened/melted
1- tsp vanilla extract
1-2 TBSP honey or 1 tsp Stevia
*1-2 scoops Protein Powder, optional. (we highly recommend this brand)
Grind the almonds in a food processor into a meal. Add coconut flakes, almond butter and flax meal into the food processor. Blend until well incorporated. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until mixed.
Pour into a 8x8 pan and refrigerate. Cut into bars and store in the fridge.
