Hummus

1-15oz can drained Chickpeas or 1 1/2 cups Chickpeas soaked or cooked
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon tahini (sesame seed paste)
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth. You may need to add a small amount of water if it is to thick.

Serve with raw veggies or natural chips/ pita. Also great on sandwiches.
