Mashed No-tatoes

1 head cauliflower
2 tablespoons butter
sea salt and pepper
milk
chives (optional)
garlic (optional)

Steam cauliflower until tender. Put cauliflower in food processor or blender with butter, salt and pepper (chives and garlic). Process until smooth. You may need to add some milk if it is to thick to blend.
Serve warm!
