Recipe Resource Site and Healthy Substitutions

When I am on the search for new recipes, wholefoods.com is generally where I search first. It is a great resource that can spark my imagination. However, not all their recipes are healthy. I do have to do a fair amount of swapping of ingredients. Actually, any recipe can be made more nutritious and natural by simply substituting some ingredients.

Simple Substitutions to Create more Nutritious {less harmful}Dishes
