Baked Oatmeal


2 cups oatmeal (old fashion oats/ rolled oats)
1/4 -1/2 cup honey or raw agave nectar
1/2 cup almond, rice, coconut or raw milk
1/4 cup olive oil/melted butter/coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1-2 apples finely chopped
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1/4 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened (optional)

Optional Toppings: fresh fruit, agave nectar, milk

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Spread evenly in a 13-inch x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Immediately spoon into bowls. Add milk or fruit if desired.
