1 pound ground turkey
1 zucchini sliced (large)
2 red peppers, cut into strips
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Season ground turkey with sea salt and pepper, then form into patties. Grill or pan fry until done. In olive oil, saute zucchini, red peppers, and green onion. Top each turkey patty with sauteed vegentables. Serve with a salad.
