1 loaf of whole wheat bread, sliced
Tomatoes, sliced
Cucumbers, sliced
Avacado, sliced
alfalfa sprouts, optional
sea salt
pepper
Healthy Mayonnaise substitue*
Spread mayonnaise substitute onto slices of bread. Top with tomato, cucumber and avacado slices. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper to your liking. Add alfalfa sprouts.
*Our favorite mayonnaise alternative is Vegenasie brand made with Grapeseed Oil. It is in the refrigerated health market section at HyVee and other health food stores with a purple lid and label. OR make you own Mayonnaise.
