This is a quick and easy Pizza Crust Dough Recipe.
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1/2 cup oat bran
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon water
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly oil a 10-inch heavy cast iron skillet (or baking sheet). In a bowl, combine dry ingredients. Mix well. Add water. Stir until all ingredients are moistened. Place dough in prepared skillet. Press in pan, wetting hands slightly to avoid sticking. Bake ten minutes. Remove pan from oven. Top with your favorite toppings. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
